Returns?

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Velviere we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Velviere when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at INFO@VELVIERE.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. 

Can I change the delivery address on my order? 

If you do wish to change the address on your order, please contact us before your order is shipped.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. In addition, we offer various local payment methods in many countries.

What currency am I charged in?

UK: GBP £ | Europe: EUROS € | Rest of the world: Dollars $

Where do I put my promotional code? 

After checkout, once you have entered all your personal info.

Why have I not received an email confirmation?

Your order has been placed successfully once you reach the screen that displays your order number. If you have not received an email, check your junk mail.

During the check-out process, country-, state- or region-imposed sales taxes may be applied. We guarantee that this is the final price for you.
