VELVIERE | STYLE IN PROFILE | SERGE IBAKA

As they make their way into the arena, we've become accustomed to NBA payers showcasing their style. One of the players that regularly stand out above the rest is Serge Ibaka. The 7 foot tall veteran, a regular front row attendee at the most prestigious fashion shows has since established himself as the Fashion MVP of the league.

With his penchant for bright colours and the unexpected, often styled with smart tailoring, we are extremely fond of Ibaka's style. Having made the cut for Vanity Fair's 'Best Dressed Men' and stealing the show at Paris Fashion Week sporting a grey kilt, Ibaka proclaims that 'I don't dress, I do art.'

Ibaka has an incredible ability to look laid back and casual, whilst still turning heads.

He recently launched a genderless collaboration with Canadian premium brand Nobis and has also become a YouTube sensation with a show called 'Avec Classe', in which he interviews, and shops with a who's who of NBA players. If you've not heard of it, start with the hilarious episode with OG Anunoby.

This is seemingly just the start for Ibaka.  He has built a cult following and the style icon has plans to release further collections and already speaks of life in fashion once his basketball days come to an end.
